Rayx Engineering® assemblies are produced to customers specifications using only high quality raw materials. Our facility is equipped with the newest in computer automated and semi-automated machinery for our wire processing and termination processes. Rayx Engineering® personnel have been fully trained by industry experts and are capable of meeting the strictest of product build specifications. Our skilled staff preforms first article and in-process inspection throughout each step of the product build to guarantee quick and timely delivery of quality harnesses and assemblies.
All products are inspected and tested to customer approved drawings/specifications by highly qualified and dedicated QA staff with the support of Rayx Engineering® engineers. Routine testing methods include pull strength (for force and destruction ratio), tensile strength (as required), single and multi-circuit continuity, short and cross.

- Fluke, Fowler, and Rigol measuring equipment
- Calibration for all testing equipment is maintained on a yearly basis
